Today, SDT is a reference in engineering solutions for stamping line automation, particularly in handling large body parts in press lines and automotive assembly. SDT’s expertise, originally focused on the body (sheet metal) area, has expanded to handling solutions for other sectors, such as plastic injection parts or the food industry.

SDT is a partner of SANKYO OILLESS, a global leader in manufacturing self-lubricating components for tooling and die making. Pioneering the production of stamping and pressing tool components in the automotive industry, SANKYO also supplies products in many other areas, including mold manufacturing, engineering, packaging processes, heavy industry, and aerospace. SDT ensures continuous quality of its products through proper production management and control systems. This commitment to quality led us to obtain the ISO 9001 quality certificate in 1999.

Currently, the quality system is compliant with the new ISO 9001:2015 standard.

ISO 14001:2015.

The defense of our environment is one of the most important challenges that the SDT team is currently working on.

This led to obtaining the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System certificate in 2002, a system in charge of regulating everything related to the environment.

Currently, the Environmental Management system is adapted to the new ISO 14001:2015 standard.

PED 2014/68/UE

SDT complies with the Pressure Equipment Directive PED 2014/68/EU, which establishes the regulatory requirements for the design, manufacture, inspection and certification of pressure equipment that will be installed within the European Economic Area market.
