Lifters
The family of lifters includes different versions, such as double column elevators, conventional elevators and ejectors. They can be attached to the bottom of the die vertically (PSU model) or horizontally (PSU/PSY models). The elevator shaft is made of SANKYO graphite bronze, which means they are maintenance free.
These lifts are available with both gas cylinder and spring.
Designed to lift a flat panel or peel off a bent panel in most progressive die applications. Based on the application, they will simplify die design, save cost and space, and eliminate the need for additional guide elements.

Pneumatic Transport Device
SPRINTERS
This innovative and patented linear transport device, with pneumatic drive, has been designed to solve the problems of transporting parts and ejecting scraps in an efficient and economical way. This device, without a conveyor belt, evacuates stamped parts and cuttings out of the work area, solely by vibration.

Nitrogen Gas Cylinders
Our nitrogen gas springs are designed with the most advanced safety and reliability features and comply with the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED).
SANKYO gas springs fill a gap in the traditional range of springs, especially when high forces are required in a small space and/or when a long spring stroke is needed.
The pressure medium of the SANKYO gas springs is nitrogen, requiring no additional pressure space inside or outside the tool plate, nor gas ducts. In those cases where pressure control of the installed gas spring is required, SANKYO has in its catalog the necessary devices to carry out the control.
Each supply of gas springs is always accompanied by the corresponding instructions, so that it is possible to assemble and dismantle the spring without problems whenever necessary.
